Reporting infringement

If you believe content on PromptFoundry AI infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@promptfoundryai.in with:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
2. A description of the copyrighted work.
3. The URL(s) of the infringing content on PromptFoundry AI.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

We review valid notices promptly, remove or disable access to the material, and notify the uploader.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, the removed content's location, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.

Prompts and AI outputs

Prompt text describing a style or subject is generally not a copy of a work. Uploading someone else's image or video, or prompts intended to reproduce a specific protected work or character, is not allowed.
