Terms of Service
The rules for using the platform, publishing prompts and respecting others.

1. Agreement
By accessing or using PromptFoundry AI (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and be responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, media and comments you post ("Your Content"). By publishing Your Content publicly you grant PromptFoundry AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, adapt (for example resizing images) and distribute it in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
Public prompts are shared with the community so others can copy and use them in their own creations. By publishing a prompt publicly you allow other users to copy, adapt and remix the prompt text. Remixes credit the original prompt.
You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content, including any uploaded media, and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal content, sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Publish prompts designed to generate deceptive deepfakes of real people, harassment or hate.
- Infringe copyright or trademarks, or impersonate others.
- Spam, manipulate engagement (fake likes, copies or views) or scrape the Service in violation of our robots rules.
- Attempt to breach security, overload the Service or bypass rate limits.

5. Moderation
We may review, hide or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Guidelines. Where practical we will tell you why.
6. AI tools
PromptFoundry AI is independent and not affiliated with the AI tools named on the site. Results from any prompt vary by tool, model version and settings; we make no guarantee that a prompt will reproduce an example result.
7. Paid features
Some features may require payment in the future. Prices, billing terms and refund rules will be shown before purchase.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PromptFoundry AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
